Dill and Garlic Yogurt Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt
  • Few cloves of garlic
  • Bunch of fresh dill
  • Kosher salt to taste

Tools
  • Funnel
  • Coffee Filters
  • Micro planer
  • Knife and cutting board

 Directions

Put coffee filter into funnel and let sit over a glass (see picture), fill the coffee filter with the plain yogurt and let sit for a few hours (or overnight) until much of the liquid drains from the yogurt leaving you with a cream cheese consistency.

After yogurt is drained – chop fresh dill, micro plane garlic to taste and salt to taste.  Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for a few hours to let flavor come together

Great side for potatoes, on bread, or use as a dip for vegetables or crackers.
